Many people are feeling the impact of our national economic woes; our Self-Pay
Discount Program is available to help patients who do not have insurance. Our
discounts range from 50% to 90% off of our Normal Fee Schedule. Below you will
find pricing for a sampling of common studies, but feel free to contact one of our
Patient Care Coordinators who will be able to assist you with a price quote. We have
bilingual, Spanish-speaking representatives available to assist those who speak
Spanish.
Eligibility Criteria: No insurance coverage available. No claim is to be submitted
to an insurance company. All information is confidential.
